Monday, March 5: Meatloaf with gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, honey-glazed carrots, baking powder biscuit, sliced pears. At United Community Center: Chicken-vegetable paella, potato salad, green salad with dressing, wheat bread, fresh fruit, cookie.

Tuesday: Country-style barbecue pork, baked potato, Key Largo vegetables, cornbread, apple juice, rice pudding. At UCC: Pork chop suey. brown rice, peas and carrots, bread, pineapple tidbits. Wednesday: Teriyaki chicken leg/thigh, blended rice, Asian vegetables, mixed green salad with dressing, multigrain bread, Red Delicious apple. At UCC: Macaroni with meat, spinach salad, mixed vegetables, bread stick, apple juice, applesauce.

Thursday: Minestrone soup, Italian meatballs with spaghetti and sauce, broccolica­uliflower mix, Italian bread with sesame seeds, fruited yogurt. At UCC: Teriyaki chicken leg/thigh, Chinese fried rice, Asian sugar snap pea blend, parsley buttered carrots, dinner roll, fresh fruit. Friday: Baked cod in lemon cream sauce, baby bakers, sunshine carrots, blueberry muffin, mixed fruit cup. At UCC: Cream of broccoli, veggie lasagna, sweet corn, dinner roll, salad, mandarin oranges.

Saturday (UCC): Garlic chicken, brown rice, broccoli and carrots, green salad, bread, fresh fruit.

Sunday (UCC): Bistec encebollad­o, white rice, beans, fresh salad, whole-grain bread, sliced peaches.
