Monday, April 9: Barbecue pulled pork on kaiser roll, au gratin potatoes, baby peas, creamy slaw, pineapple tidbits. At United Community Center: Beef stew (carrots, potatoes, celery), whole-grain Puerto Rican rice, lettuce rainbow salad with lime dressing, fresh fruit. Tuesday: Stuffed green pepper with tomato sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, Harvard beets, marble rye bread, molasses cookie. At UCC: Chicken noodle soup, beef and potato flautas, Mexican vegetarian beans, sugar-free gelatin, pineapple tidbits.

Wednesday: Chicken noodle soup, cheddarwur­st on wholewheat bun, baby bakers, carrot raisin salad, mixed fruit cup. At UCC: Baked chicken, fresh chickpea salad, broccoli-cauliflowe­r casserole, pineapple juice, multigrain bread, oatmeal cookie. Thursday: Beef stroganoff on parsley-buttered egg noodles, California vegetable blend, spinach salad with raspberry dressing, rye roll, mandarin oranges. At UCC: Navy beanvegeta­ble soup, meatloaf and gravy.

Friday: Fish sandwich with cheese on whole-wheat bun, two potato triangles, brussels sprouts, apple juice, oatmeal raisin cookie. At UCC: Chicken cannelloni with Alfredo sauce, scalloped potatoes, carrots and green beans, fresh spinach salad, fresh fruit.

Saturday (UCC): Beef and bean chili, corn and diced zucchini, fruit punch, fresh fruit.

Sunday (UCC): Chicken tostadas with refried beans, lettuce, cheese, tomato; winter vegetables, fruit cocktail, chocolate chip cookie.
