Monday, April 16: Turkey a la king, wild rice blend, green beans, baking powder biscuit, pickled beet salad, fresh orange. At United Community Center: Spinach and cheese lasagna, romaine Caesar salad, garlic breadstick, steamed vegetables, diced pears, cookie. Tuesday: Pan-fried liver (entrée B: pub burger on onion roll), double baked potato casserole with bacon bits, sunshine carrots, assorted fresh fruit. At UCC: Ground beef picadillo, Mexican beans, mixed vegetables, whole-wheat tortillas, mixed fruit.

Wednesday: Asian chicken salad, juice, blueberry muffin, melon, raspberry sherbet. At UCC: Bistec encebollad­o, wholegrain rice, Puerto Rican beans, fresh salad with cucumber, apple juice, apple pie.

Thursday: Old-fashioned beef stew, garlic mashed potatoes, romaine salad with french dressing, marble rye bread, peanut butter Rice Krispies treat. At UCC: Barbecue chicken, mashed sweet potato, zucchini salad, whole-wheat dinner roll, mandarin orange wedges. Friday: Vegetable beef soup, baked fish with lemon cream sauce, mac and cheese, broccoli and cauliflowe­r, seven-grain bread, cherry gelatin with diced pears. At UCC: Tuna macaroni casserole, Caribbean vegetables, romaine salad with tomato and basil, breadstick, fresh fruit. Saturday (UCC): Meatballs in chipotle sauce, whole-grain rice with corn, oven-browned potatoes, fresh salad, fresh fruit. Sunday (UCC): Chicken pibil, refried beans, Mexican-style green beans, whole-wheat tortilla, canned apricots.
