Monday, April 23: Tomato bisque, cranberry meatballs, roasted red potatoes, Asian vegetable blend, Vienna dinner roll, ambrosia fruit cup. At United Community Center: Salisbury steak with gravy, baked potato, buttered broccoli, fresh salad, whole-wheat dinner roll, diced peaches.

Tuesday: Boneless pork loin with gravy, baked potato, broccoli with cheese sauce, rye bread, frosted spice raisin cake. At UCC: Chicken salad, Sun Chips, cucumber-grape tomato salad, grape juice, whole-grain bread, fresh fruit.

Wednesday: Meatloaf and gravy, dill red potatoes, stewed tomatoes, sourdough bread, mixed greens wtih dressing, banana. At UCC: Barbacoa, whole-grain Mexican rice, Mexican beans, carrot raisin salad, whole-wheat tortilla, diced pears.

Thursday: Smothered chicken leg/thigh, fresh sweet potato, green beans amandine, cornbread, tropical punch, baker’s choice cookie. At UCC: Beef chow mein with mushrooms, celery and broccoli, whole-wheat spaghetti, spring salad, orange juice, applesauce.

Friday: Pork chop suey, brown rice, Capri vegetable blend, orange juice, seeded dinner roll, Chinese almond cookie. At UCC: Roast pork Puerto Rican style, potato salad, sautéed vegetables, fresh salad, multigrain bread, fresh fruit, birthday cake. Saturday (UCC): Caldo de pollo with carrots, potatoes, zucchini and chayote, whole-grain Mexican rice, corn tortilla, mixed fruit.

Sunday (UCC): Beef-stuffed bell pepper, baked potato, marinated garden vegetables, whole-wheat bread, pineapple tidbits.
