PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Anna Butler, Racine Case: The senior captain has been an anchor in the midfield for the Eagles, who went 2-1 last week with victories over Cudahy and Westosha Central and a loss to Kenosha Indian Trail. Butler, who missed last season due to a knee injury, scored three goals after her team fell behind in a 3-1 victory over Cudahy Wednesday. Friday she assisted a score in 2-0 win over Westosha Central. It was the team’s second straight victory after a 1-3-1 start. She has four goals and three assists this season.
Parker Donahugh, Mukwonago: The freshman goalkeeper recorded shutouts last week against Kettle Moraine and Waukesha South, stepping on the field to help her team beat South when it was struggling to finish plays. She posted 18 saves in the matches, a 0-0 tie with Kettle Moraine and a 2-0 win over Waukesha South.

Catholic Memorial: The Crusaders went 5-0 last week, upsetting Muskego on Thursday and then winning the Laura Moynihan Tournament on Saturday to raise their record to 9-2-1. During the

week, senior midfielder Carly Delforge scored her 100th point and coach John Burke recorded his 500th victory. The 500th win came over Muskego. , Delforge and Abby Piette, a junior forward/ midfielder, scored goals in the first and second half, respectively in that matchup. At the Moynihan Tournament, Memorial outscore Lomira, Hudson and Sheboygan North, 16-3.
COMING UP
Waukesha West at Arrowhead, 6:30
p.m. Tuesday: After ties with Kettle Moraine and Muskego, West won its first Classic 8 game Thursday against Waukesha North. A win here would shake up the league race.
Whitefish Bay at Grafton, 7 p.m. Tuesday: Bay is ranked No. 2 in Division 2. Grafton is seventh in Division 3. Both teams are undefeated in the North Shore Conference.
Wauwatosa West at Wauwatosa East at Whitman Middle School, 7 p.m. Tuesday: West will try to spring an upset in what will be the teams’ first Greater Metro Conference meeting.
Schissler/Williams Tournament at Milwaukee Bradley Tech and South Stadium, 9 a.m. Saturday: Some of the City Conference’s top teams take the field for this one-day tournament that is capped with the championship game at 12:30 p.m. at South Stadium.
Brookfield Central at Arrowhead, 7
p.m. Saturday: This non-conference showdown pits teams that could win state titles.
