Monday, May 21: Chili dog on whole-wheat bun, potato salad, whole-kernel corn, carrot-raisin salad, fruited yogurt. At United Community Center: Ground beef picadillo, Mexican rice, Mexican beans, sautéed broccoli-cauliflowe­r, fresh salad, whole-wheat tortilla, fruit cocktail.

Tuesday: Turkey a la king, brown rice, pea pods, buttermilk biscuit, apple juice, lemon pudding. At UCC: Chicken salad on kaiser roll, green beans, fresh salad, orange juice, applesauce. Wednesday: Meat lasagna, Italian veggie blend, romaine salad with Italian dressing, garlic bread, tropical fruit cup. At UCC: Roast pork, Puerto Rican rice, steamed vegetables, spinach salad, whole-wheat bread, canned apricots.

Thursday: Beef barley veggie soup, egg salad on multigrain bread, Sun Chips, orange juice, pickle spear, fresh fruit cup. At UCC: Barbecue chicken, potato salad, romaine salad with cucumber, wheat roll, diced peaches, cookie.

Friday: Swedish meatballs, garlic mashed potatoes, California vegetables, sesame egg bread, peach crisp. At UCC: Alfredo turkey breast with broccoli and cauliflowe­r, rotini pasta, fresh salad with dressing, wheat bread, fresh orange, birthday cake.

Saturday (UCC): Grilled chicken Caesar salad with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and croutons, brussels sprouts, fruit juice, garlic bread, pineapple tidbits. Sunday (UCC): Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, California vegetables, bread, cookie, fresh banana.
