REDS 5, Cubs 4 (11): Billy Hamilton drew a bases-loaded walk with no outs in the 11th inning and Cincinnati won the first of the doublehead­er. Dodgers 4, NATIONALS 1: Ross Stripling struck out a career-high nine in six innings and Max Muncy drove in two runs for Los Angeles. Phillies 7, CARDINALS 6: Odubel Herrera homered and Jorge Alfaro drove in the go-ahead run to propel Philadelph­ia to victory. GIANTS 9, Rockies 4: San Francisco’s Brandon Crawford hit a two-run homer in the sixth. Indians 5, ASTROS 4: Corey Kluber struck out 10, and Michael Brantley and Yan Gomes hit home runs for Cleveland. Padres 6, PIRATES 2: Clayton Richard allowed two runs in 7 1⁄3 innings and Christian Villanueva homered and drove in two runs for San Diego. BRAVES 8, Marlins 1: Sean Newcomb pitched six strong innings and Johan Camargo and Ozzie Albies each drove in two runs for Atlanta. Brewers 5, TWINS 4: Christian Yelich broke a tie with a solo home run in the eighth, and Milwaukee’s bullpen pitched five scoreless innings. Diamondbac­ks at METS (late): Jacob deGrom fanned 13 and N.Y. beat Arizona 3-1 Friday. Dodgers at NATIONALS (late): The teams met again Saturday to make up a postponed game. Rays at ANGELS (late): Wilson Ramos homered twice as Tampa Bay topped L.A. 8-3 on Friday. Tigers at MARINERS (late): A five-run seventh helped Seattle win 5-4 Friday night over Detroit.
