REDS 7, Rockies 5 (13): Jesse Winker hit a tworun homer in the 13th inning, completing Cincinnati’s late rally that averted a sweep by Colorado. The Rockies blew the lead in the ninth inning and wound up losing for the fifth time in seven games. Dodgers 8, PIRATES 7: Joc Pederson went deep twice, Cody Bellinger hit his third home run in as many games and Los Angeles used nine pitchers to hold off Pittsburgh. TWINS 7, White Sox 2: Jose Berrios pitched a six-hitter for his second complete game this season, and Minnesota hit three home runs against James Shields in a victory over Chicago. CARDINALS 4, Marlins 1: Miles Mikolas rebounded from his first loss of the season to pitch three-hit ball over seven innings and lead St. Louis over Miami. Mikolas (7-1) allowed an unearned run, struck out five and walked one, lowering his ERA to 2.27 CUBS 4, Philles 3: Anthony Rizzo hit a solo homer and added a second RBI with a sacrifice fly to lead Chicago past Philadelph­ia. The Cubs won for the fifth time in six games. Mariners 5, RAYS 4: Mike Leake pitched into the ninth inning, Mitch Haniger homered and drove in three, and AL West-leading Seattle beat Tampa Bay. Leake (6-3) was lifted with a 5-1 lead after allowing his eighth hit. Orioles at BLUE JAYS (late): Toronto LHP Jaime Garcia (2-4, 6.08) starts the opener of a fourgame series against Baltimore. Garcia has lost four straight decisions and left his June 1 start at Detroit after giving up four runs in a season-low 1 2⁄3 innings. Tigers at RED SOX (late): LHP Matthew Boyd (3-4, 3,23 ERA) is slated to start for Detroit. He’s 0-1 with a 12.00 ERA in two career starts against Boston. Astros at RANGERS (late): Cole Hamels (3-5), with a 2.89 ERA his last seven starts, pitches for Texas in the opener of a four-game home series against Houston. Royals at ATHLETICS (late): Oakland is back home to start a 10-game homestand as RHP Frankie Montas (2-0) goes against Kansas City.
