Monday, June 18: Meatloaf with gravy, double-baked potato casserole, Prince Charles vegetables, multigrain dinner roll, blueberry pie. At United Community Center: Pepper steak, wheat fried rice, stir-fry vegetables, whole-wheat bread, pineapple juice, mandarin oranges.

Tuesday: Grilled bratwurst on a bun, macaroni and cheese, peas and carrots, pineapple juice, fresh plum. At UCC: Cheese enchiladas, Mexican rice, Mexican beans, Caribbean vegetables, sliced peaches.

Wednesday: Rosemary chicken leg/thigh, mashed sweet potatoes, spring vegetable blend, blueberry muffin, pineapple tidbits. At UCC: Baked chicken, wheat rice, Puerto Rican beans, fresh salad with dressing, wheat bread, pineapple tidbits.

Thursday: Roast beef with gravy, baked potato, stewed tomatoes, Asian coleslaw, seven-grain bread, peanut butter cookie. At UCC: Beef-stuffed bell pepper, oven-browned potatoes, California vegetables, whole-wheat bread, fresh apple, chocolate chip cookie.

Friday: Chef’s salad with ranch dressing, egg bread, fresh strawberri­es, vanilla pudding. At UCC: Baked ham, scalloped potatoes, green beans, fresh salad with dressing, dinner roll, fresh cantaloupe.

Saturday (UCC): Fish taco, Mexican coleslaw salad, Mexican rice, oven-fried potatoes, wheat tortilla, mixed fruit.

Sunday (UCC): Seasoned ground beef, baked potato (lettuce, tomato, cheddar), fresh banana, sugar cookie.
