Monday, July 2: Barbecue pulled pork sandwich on kaiser roll, au gratin potatoes, broccoli, creamy slaw, pineapple tidbits. At United Community Center: Meat sauce on whole-wheat spaghetti, Italian-blend vegetables, spinach salad, breadstick, diced pears and peaches.

Tuesday: Cheddarwur­st on whole-grain bun, baked beans, warm potato salad, watermelon, double chocolate cookie. At UCC: Turkey hot dog on bun, potato salad, pasta salad, sautéed asparagus, mandarin oranges.

Wednesday: Sites closed for Fourth of July.

Thursday: Italian meat sauce on spaghetti, Italian green beans, romaine salad with ranch dressing, Italian bread, fresh plum. At UCC: Carne guisada, rice, fresh salad, wheat tortilla, pineapple juice, cookie.

Friday: Split pea soup, salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, whole baby carrots, seven-grain bread, ice cream sundae cup. At UCC: Chicken breast fillet with gravy, mashed potatoes, California vegetables, dinner roll, pineapple tidbits.

Saturday (UCC): Steak fajita, rice, fresh salad, wheat tortilla, banana.

Sunday (UCC): Chicken taco, Mexican-style green beans, baked carrots and potatoes, wheat tortilla, applesauce.
