SENIOR MEALS

Monday, July 16: Turkey a la king, brown rice, green beans, baking powder biscuit, pickled beets, fresh orange. At United Community Center: Chicken fajita (wheat tortilla), rice, green beans, fresh salad, mixed fruit.

Tuesday: Soft-shell beef taco, refried benas, Southwest-style corn, watermelon. At UCC: Steak ranchero, Mexican beans, mixed vegetables, wheat tortilla, diced pears. Wednesday: Grilled brat on bun with seasoned kraut, hashbrown casserole, marinated bean salad, peanut butter cookie. At UCC: Ricotta and spinach cannelloni with marinara sauce, spring salad with dressing, garlic bread, apple juice, fresh cantaloupe. Thursday: Smothered chicken thigh, fresh sweet potato, broccoli-cauliflowe­r mix, cornbread, lemon bar. At UCC: Breaded chicken breast, chipotle penne pasta, mashed sweet potato, spinach salad, wheat breadstick, pineapple tidbits. Friday: Meat lasagna, Italian green beans, crinkle carrots, romaine salad with Italian dressing, garlic bread, nectarine. At UCC: Roast pork, rice, Puerto Rican beans, fresh salad, diced peaches, lemon pie. Saturday (UCC): Chicken enchiladas, Mexican beans, pineapple juice.

Sunday (UCC): Chicken sandwich with cheese, oven fries, mixed vegetable salad, fruit cocktail.
