SENIOR MEALS

Monday, July 23: Glazed ham steak, baked potato, brussels sprouts, seven-grain bread, sliced peaches. At United Community Center: Meatloaf with gravy, egg noodles, carrots, baked zucchini, multigrain bread, diced peaches, brownie.

Tuesday: Chef’s salad with ranch dressing, fruit muffin, cantaloupe, baker’s choice cookie. At UCC: Chicken chow mein, rice, Asian vegetable blend, fresh salad, apple juice, cookie.

Wednesday: Roast turkey with gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, stuffing, California vegetables, cherry pie. At UCC: Cheese enchiladas, Mexican-style corn, frijoles charros, fruit punch, fresh watermelon.

Thursday: Liver (entrée B: pub burger), onion roll, baked potato casserole, peas, arugula salad with dressing, fresh fruit. At UCC: Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, fresh salad, dinner roll, tapioca.

Friday: Boneless pork loin with gravy, applesauce, quartered potatoes with parsley and butter, sweet-sour red cabbage, marble rye bread, German chocolate cake. At UCC: Chicken fricassee, rice, fresh salad, dinner roll, fresh orange, birthday cake.

Saturday (UCC): Chili with beans, whole-wheat spaghetti, steamed green beans, garlic bread, mandarin oranges.

Sunday (UCC): Steak tacos, Mexican beans, corn, cookie.
