Monday, Aug. 20: Chili dog on whole-wheat bun, macaroni and cheese, diced carrots, orange juice, fruited yogurt. At United Community Center: Chicken barbacoa, rice primavera, California vegetables, spring salad with dressing, corn tortilla, mixed fruit. Tuesday: Turkey a la king, brown rice, pea pods, buttermilk biscuit, carrot-raisin salad, iced marble cake. At UCC: Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed asparagus, fresh salad with dressing, wheat bread, diced peaches.

Wednesday: Glazed ham steak, double baked potato casserole, cauliflowe­r-broccoli mix, apple juice, rye dinner roll, snickerdoo­dle cookie. At UCC: Spinach and cheese lasagna, green beans, romaine salad, garlic bread, fresh banana, cookie.

Thursday: Teriyaki chicken leg/thigh, pineapple fried rice, Maui blend vegetables, spinach salad with raspberry dressing, dinner roll, coconut iced cake. At UCC: Baked ham with orange glaze, baked sweet potatoes, corn-on-the-cob, wheat bread, apricot slices. Friday: Enchilada casserole, Mexican rice, Mexi-corn, mixed greens with tomato and cucumber and dressing, watermelon. At UCC: Grilled chicken breast, Caesar salad, rotini and broccoli salad, breadstick, peach slices.

Saturday (UCC): Cheese enchiladas, beans rancheros, steamed brussels sprouts, shredded salad, chilled apricots, cookie.

Sunday (UCC): Puerto Rican steak, whole-grain rice, beans, salad with dressing, mixed vegetables, wheat bread, pineapple tidbits.
