Mexican Fiesta Date/place: Aug. 24-26, Maier Festival Park

Hours: Noon-midnight Friday, Saturday and next Sunday.

Highlights: Discover the history, art, music and food of Mexico. Enjoy authentic margaritas, mojitos and sangria, paired with your favorite Latin foods, with music and dance performanc­e. Admission: $16 at the gate; children 8 and under are free when accompanie­d by an adult. Free admission from noon to 3 p.m. Aug. 24 for the general public. Free admission from noon to 1 p.m. Aug. 25 and 26 for senior citizens age 65 and up, people with disabiliti­es, military active duty personnel and veterans with current identifica­tion.
