Monday, Aug. 27: Meatloaf with gravy, scalloped potatoes, Prince Charles vegetables, sourdough bread, mandarin oranges and pineapple tidbits. At United Community Center: Chicken Alfredo, wholegrain penne pasta, buttered cauliflowe­r, fresh salad with dressing, wheat bread, grape juice.

Tuesday: Peachy pork roast, mashed sweet potatoes, snap peas, whole-grain bread, fresh fruit. At UCC: Salisbury steak with gravy, baked potato, mixed vegetables, fresh salad with dressing, wheat bread, diced peaches and pears.

Wednesday: Creamy broccoli soup, chicken salad with diced apples and raisins, Sun Chips, whole-grain dinner roll, peanut butter cookie. At UCC: Chicken flautas, Mexican rice, cucumber salad, fresh apple, cookie.

Thursday: Swedish meatballs, garlic mashed potatoes, chef’s choice vegetables, arugula salad with tomatoes and dressing, seven-grain bread, tapioca pudding. At UCC: Steak fajita with corn tortilla, broccoli and cheese casserole, rice pilaf, pineapple juice, fresh cantaloupe.

Friday: Cheesy egg bake, sausage links, hash-brown potatoes, coffeecake, orange juice, fresh fruit cup. At UCC: Chicken mole, Mexican rice, Mexican beans, sautéed vegetables, salad with dressing, corn tortilla, birthday cake.

Saturday (UCC): Chicken burger on wheat bun, macaroni and cheese, steamed broccoli, diced peaches.

Sunday (UCC): Ground beef taco, seasoned green beans, wheat tortilla, banana.
