Monday, Sept. 10: Barbecue ground beef sandwich on whole-grain bun, hashbrown casserole, Mexi-corn, apple. At United Community Center: Chicken fajita, oven-browned potatoes, sautéed vegetables, fersh salad, corn tortillas, diced peaches.

Tuesday: Chef’s salad with ranch dressing, juice, fruited muffin, banana. At UCC: Steak ranchero, white rice, Mexican corn, fresh salad, wheat tortillas, mandarin oranges.

Wednesday: Mediterran­ean chicken leg/thigh, garlic mashed potatoes, steamed whole carrots, kidney bean salad, marble rye bread, sugar cookie. At UCC: Barbecue pork riblets, zucchini casserole, pasta salad, spinach-tomato salad, wheat bun, diced pears, cookie.

Thursday: Country-style barbecue pork loin, baked potato, Key Largo vegetables, spinach salad, sevengrain bread, chocolate iced brownie. At UCC: Meatloaf with gravy, mashed sweet potatoes, sautéed asparagus, fresh salad, wheat bread, fruit cocktail. Friday: Stuffed salmon boat with dill sauce, quartered red potatoes, stewed tomatoes, dinner roll, assorted fresh fruit. At UCC: Tenderloin beef with gravy, egg noodles, steamed carrots, spring salad, wheat breadstick­s, bananas.

Saturday (UCC): Chicken in Alfredo sauce, penne pasta, steamed green beans, garlic bread, fresh salad, chilled apricots.

Sunday (UCC): Steak fajitas, Mexican beans, Mexican rice, sautéed vegetables, fresh apple.
