Monday, Nov. 12: Roast beef with gravy, double baked potato casserole, Key Largo vegetables, grape juice, rye bread, Dutch apple pie. At United Community Center: Pork stew with carrots, Puerto Rican rice, spinach salad, wheat bread, fresh cantaloupe, cookie.

Tuesday: Split pea soup, peachy pork roast, mashed sweet potato, cauliflowe­r with dill, multigrain bread, peanut butter Rice Krispie treat. At UCC: Potato soup, smoked Polish sausage on brat bun, hot German potato salad, Wisconsin-blend vegetables, sliced pears.

Wednesday: Baked fish with lemon sauce, baked potato, Wisconsin veggie blend, coleslaw, marble rye bread, fruited yogurt. At UCC: Cheese enchilada on corn tortilla, Mexican rice, beans, mixed greens with tomato, diced peaches.

Thursday: Chicken Alfredo primavera, penne pasta, broccoli, mixed greens and veggies with dressing, Italian bread, blushing pears. At UCC: Pub burger with sautéed onions on whole-grain bun, mashed potatoes with bacon bits, cream-style corn, fresh apple, cookie.

Friday: Enchilada casserole, Mexican rice, Mexi-corn, shredded lettuce with tomato and dressing, poundcake. At UCC: Glazed ham slice, Puerto Rican rice, tossed vegetable salad, wheat roll, orange juice, fresh watermelon, birthday cake.

Saturday (UCC): Sweet-and-sour chicken, white rice, broccoli cuts, mixed salad, wheat bread, diced pears.

Sunday (UCC): Meat lasagna, mixed vegetables, garlic bread, grape juice, chilled peaches.
