SENIOR MEALS

Monday, Dec. 10: Honey-glazed ham, sweet potatoes, broccoli, multigrain bread, pear slices. At United Community Center: Steak fajita, Mexican rice, Mexican ranchero beans, sautéed vegetables, wheat tortilla, mixed fruit.

Tuesday: Meatloaf, gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, crinkle-cut carrots, juice, marble rye bread, oatmeal raisin cookie. At UCC: Cheeseburg­er on wheat bun, oven french fries, coleslaw, diced pears, cookie. Wednesday: Pepper steak, buttered noodles, winter squash, mixed green salad with ranch dressing, Vienna bread, fresh fruit cup. At UCC: Chicken noodle soup, baked chicken, baked sweet potato, corn-onthe-cob, pineapple tidbits.

Thursday: Split pea soup, teriyaki chicken leg/thigh, blended rice, Asian vegetables, multigrain dinner roll, mandarin oranges with pineapple. At UCC: Meatloaf with brown gravy, mashed potatoes, glazed carrot coins, spring salad with dressing, fresh cantaloupe. Friday: Cheddarwur­st on whole-grain bun, calico beans, juice, Harvard beets, Rice Krispie treat. At UCC: Italian meat sauce, penne pasta, winter vegetables, spinach salad, garlic bread, diced peaches. Saturday (UCC): Chicken patty with cheese on wheat bun, Sun Chips, orange juice, fresh orange, cookie. Sunday (UCC): Steak ranchero, brown rice, Mexican beans, mixed vegetables, wheat tortilla, fresh watermelon.
