Monday, July 22: Pork chop suey with vegetables, rice, Capri vegetable blend, apple juice, dinner roll, mandarin oranges. At United Community Center: Chicken fajita with wheat tortilla, rice, California vegetables, mixed fruit. Tuesday: Meatloaf with gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, broccoli, shredded carrot and raisin salad, multigrain roll, sugar cookie. At UCC: Steak ranchero, Mexican beans, mixed vegetables, wheat tortillas, berries.

Wednesday: Chicken Parmesan, penne pasta with red sauce, Sicilian vegetables, spinach salad with ranch dressing, Vienna bread, fresh plum. At UCC: Spinach and ricotta cannelloni with marinara sauce, corn, garlic bread, apple juice, fresh cantaloupe.

Thursday: Roast turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, stuffing, California vegetables, cherry pie. At UCC: Breaded chicken breast, chipotle penne pasta, mashed sweet potato, spinach salad, wheat breadstick, pineapple tidbits. Friday: Sauerbrate­n, quartered potatoes with parsley and butter, sweet-and-sour red cabbage, marble rye bread, German chocolate cake. At UCC: Roast pork, brown rice, Puerto Rican beans, fresh salad, grapes, birthday cake. Saturday (UCC): Chicken enchiladas, Mexican beans, pineapple juice, cookie.

Sunday (UCC): Chicken sandwich with cheese, oven fries, fruit cocktail.
