Monday, Sept. 23: Chicken enchilada casserole, black beans and rice, Mexi-corn, cornbread, watermelon. At United Community Center: Southern-styloe chicken leg/ thigh, au gratin potatoes, Brussels sprouts, corn muffin, juice, grapes.

Tuesday: Denver omelet with cheese, turkey sausage links, baby bakers, orange juice, muffin, banana. At UCC: Albondigas with chipotle, Mexican rice, Mexican beans, green salad, tortilla, pineapple tidbits, cookie.

Wednesday: Minestrone soup, meat lasagna, Italian vegetable blend, Italian bread, fresh fruit cup. At UCC: Pork stew with carrots, Puerto Rican rice, fresh salad with dressing, juice, wheat bread, banana. Thursday: Barbecue chicken leg/thigh, fresh sweet potato, California vegetables, red cabbage slaw with dried cranberrie­s, whole-grain dinner roll, fresh orange. At UCC: Beef tips with mushrooms, buttered egg noodles, Harvard beets, mixed green salad with French dressing, whole-grain dinner roll, mandarin oranges. Friday: Beef stroganoff with buttered egg noodles, broccoli-cauliflowe­r mix, pickled beet salad, marble rye bread, fruit crisp. At UCC: Barbecue chicken, white rice, Puerto Rican beans, green salad, dinner roll, diced peaches, birthday cake. Saturday (UCC): Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, winter vegetables, dinner roll, juice, mixed fruit.

Sunday (UCC): Steak tacos with hard corn tortilla shell, Mexican beans, fresh apple.
