Monday, Jan. 27: Lentil soup, glazed ham steak, scalloped potatoes, baby peas, rye dinner roll, fruit cocktail. At United Community Center: Parmesan chicken, mashed potatoes, whole green beans, wheat roll, orange juice, berry medley.

Tuesday: Pork chop suey with vegetables, seasoned brown rice, Capri vegetable blend, dinner roll, peanut butter cookie, chilled fruit. At UCC: Cheese enchiladas, Mexican rice, Mexican beans, spinach salad, banana.

Wednesday: Chicken Parmesan, Penne pasta with red sauce, Sicilian vegetables, mixed greens and arugula salad, garlic bread, fresh fruit. At UCC: Split pea soup, ring bologna, Boston baked beans, baked potato casserole, marble rye bread, oatmeal raisin cookie.

Thursday: Salisbury steak, garlic mashed potatoes, glazed baby carrots, whole-grain bread, sliced pears. At UCC: Baked chicken leg, American potato salad, marinated vegetables, biscuit, applesauce.

Friday: Smothered chicken, fresh sweet potato succotash, apple juice, seven-grain bread, baker’s choice pie, apple. At UCC: Glazed ham slice, Puerto Rican rice, tossed vegetable salad, sweet corn, wheat bread, birthday cake.

Saturday (UCC): Pepper steak, brown rice, stir-fry vegetables, bread, sliced pears.

Sunday (UCC): Beef soft tacos, Mexican rice, beans, chopped lettuce and tomato, shredded cheese, pineapple tidbits.
