SENIOR MEALS

Monday, March 2: Barbecue beef sandwich, hash brown casserole, Southwest vegetables, diced peaches, Rice Krispie treat, fresh orange. At United Community Center: Barbecue boneless pork rib, mac and cheese, baked beans, pineapple juice, cornbread, fruit cocktail. Tuesday: Open-face sliced pork sandwich with gravy, mashed potatoes, sweet/ sour red cabbage, melon. At UCC: Chicken fajitas, Mexican rice, refried beans, sauteed vegetables, diced pears. Wednesday: Cream of mushroom soup, vegetable lasagna, Italian beans, mixed greens, garlic bread, mandarin oranges. At UCC: Tomato soup, backed chicken leg/ thigh, baked red potatoes, steamed broccoli, dinner roll, fresh fruit cup.

Thursday: Teriyaki chicken, blended rice, Oriental vegetables, Asian coleslaw, baking powder biscuit, fresh pear. At UCC: Roast pork, Puerto Rican rice, spinach salad with tomato, seven-grain bread, fresh orange.

Friday: Omelet with broccoli cheese sauce, veggie sausage patty, baby potato cakes, orange juice, bagel with cream cheese, fruit cup. At UCC: Tuna salad with kaiser roll, cranberry cabbage slaw, wheat thins, cottage cheese and peaches. Saturday (UCC): Soft beef tacos, Mexican rice and beans, lettuce and tomato salad, pineapple chunks. Sunday (UCC): Hot dog, sweet peas, potato salad, sun chips, Mandarin oranges.
