SENIOR MEALS

Monday, March 23: Navy bean soup, meatloaf, gravy, mashed potatoes, country style vegetables, wheat bread, blushing pears. At United Community Center: Glazed ham slice, baked sweet potato, mixed vegetables, wheat bread, cherry gelatin.

Tuesday: Oven-fried chicken, creamed spinach, American potato salad, dinner roll, fruit punch, baker’s choice cookie, fresh fruit. At UCC: Soft chicken taco, Mexican rice, beans, lettuce and tomato salad, honeydew melon.

Wednesday: Country ribs, sauerkraut, German potato salad, stewed tomatoes with onions and peppers, Mandarin oranges with pineapple. At UCC: Vegetable soup, Puerto Rican steak, Puerto Rican rice, French style beans and corn, crusty roll, banana.

Thursday: Roast beef with gravy, baked potato casserole, glazed carrots, garden salad, whole grain dinner roll, chocolate cake, chilled fruit. At UCC: Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, wheat roll, fresh pear.

Friday: Stuffed salmon boat, quartered red potatoes, Brussels sprouts, multigrain bread, sliced peaches. At UCC: Cheese enchiladas, Mexican rice, Mexican beans, lettuce and tomato salad, tropical fruit mix, birthday cake.

Saturday (UCC): Spaghetti with meatballs, spinach salad, Italian break, cinnamon apple slices. Sunday (UCC): Polish sausage, whole wheat bun, calico baked beans, potato salad, pineapple tidbits.
