SENIOR MEALS

Milwaukee County’s senior meal sites are serving only curbside pickup. There is no charge, but a contributi­on for the lunch is suggested. Also, reservatio­ns are required 24 hours in advance at the site of pickup. Sites and numbers can be found at the Milwaukee County Department on Aging website,

Monday, Jan. 11: Sliced turkey on Vienna bread, three-bean salad, Sun Chips, strawberry yogurt. At United Community Center: Chicken Parmesan, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, wheat roll, chilled apricots.

Tuesday: Shaved ham on rye bread, German potato salad, grape juice, chocolate chip cookie, apple . At UCC: Steak ranchero, Mexican rice, refried beans, whole wheat tortilla, salad, diced pears.

Wednesday: Chicken Caesar salad, baking powder biscuit, fresh fruit, chocolate iced brownie. At UCC: Ring bologna, baked potato casserole, steamed carrots, marble rye bread, oatmeal raisin cookie.

Thursday: Roast beef on Kaiser roll, creamy coleslaw, pickle spear, banana, Rice Krispie treat. At UCC: Baked chicken leg, American potato salad, marinated vegetables, biscuit, applesauce.

Friday: Chopped chicken fajita salad, cornbread muffin, pineapple tidbits. At

UCC: Glazed ham slice, Puerto Rican rice, tossed vegetable salad, wheat bread, blueberry pie.
