Wienermobi­le making stops in the Milwaukee area

The Oscar Mayer Wienermobi­le is returning to the Milwaukee area this week and next.

“Bringing it back to Wisconsin, where they know and love the Wienermobi­le, is going to be super special for all of the local residents,” said Wienermobi­le spokespers­on Zach Chatham.

The 27-foot-long hot dog on wheels will be visiting Sendik’s Food Market locations, along with “Hotdoggers” spokespeop­le Chatham, “Zach n Cheese”, and Katie Ferguson, “Ketchup Katie,” to celebrate the grocer’s 95th anniversar­y.

The Wienermobi­le’s stops include:

April 15: Sendik’s Franklin, 5200 W. Rawson Ave., from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sendik’s Greenfield, 7901 W.

Layton Ave., from 3 to 6 p.m.

April 16: Sendik’s Whitefish Bay, 500 E. Silver Spring Drive, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sendik’s Mequon, 10930 N. Port Washington Road, from 3 to 6 p.m.

April 17: Sendik’s Grafton, 2195 1st Ave., from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sendik’s West Bend, 280 N. 18th Ave., from 3 to 6 p.m.

April 18: Sendik’s Hartland, 600 Hartbrook Drive, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sendik’s Germantown, N112W15800 Mequon Road, from 3 to 6 p.m.

April 24: Sendik’s at The Corners of Brookfield, 20222 Lower, Union St., from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sendik’s Waukesha Meadowbroo­k, 701 Meadowbroo­k Road, from 3 to 6 p.m.

April 25: Sendik’s Elm Grove, 13425 Watertown Plank Road, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sendik’s New Berlin, 3600 S. Moorland Road, from 3 to 6 p.m.
