Wienermobile making stops in the Milwaukee area

The Oscar Mayer Wienermobile is returning to the Milwaukee area this week and next.

“Bringing it back to Wisconsin, where they know and love the Wienermobile, is going to be super special for all of the local residents,” said Wienermobile spokesperson Zach Chatham.

The 27-foot-long hot dog on wheels will be visiting Sendik’s Food Market locations, along with “Hotdoggers” spokespeople Chatham, “Zach n Cheese”, and Katie Ferguson, “Ketchup Katie,” to celebrate the grocer’s 95th anniversary.

The Wienermobile’s stops include:

April 15: Sendik’s Franklin, 5200 W. Rawson Ave., from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sendik’s Greenfield, 7901 W.

Layton Ave., from 3 to 6 p.m.

April 16: Sendik’s Whitefish Bay, 500 E. Silver Spring Drive, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sendik’s Mequon, 10930 N. Port Washington Road, from 3 to 6 p.m.

April 17: Sendik’s Grafton, 2195 1st Ave., from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sendik’s West Bend, 280 N. 18th Ave., from 3 to 6 p.m.

April 18: Sendik’s Hartland, 600 Hartbrook Drive, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sendik’s Germantown, N112W15800 Mequon Road, from 3 to 6 p.m.

April 24: Sendik’s at The Corners of Brookfield, 20222 Lower, Union St., from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sendik’s Waukesha Meadowbrook, 701 Meadowbrook Road, from 3 to 6 p.m.

April 25: Sendik’s Elm Grove, 13425 Watertown Plank Road, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sendik’s New Berlin, 3600 S. Moorland Road, from 3 to 6 p.m.
