More than 25% of Wisconsinites are fully vaccinated
Roughly 1.47 million residents have completed the COVID-19 vaccine series, more than 25% of the state’s population.
The seven-day average of daily vaccine doses has declined the last two days; it was at it highest point of roughly 60,000 shots a day on April 11.
Pfizer continues to hold the lead with vaccinations. A little less than 1.9 million doses of the Pfizer vaccine and 1.6 million doses of the Moderna vaccine have been administered.
New cases continue to increase, with the seven-day average reaching 823 cases Wednesday, up 403 from one month ago. The Department of Health Services also reported a one-day case count of 929.
