Solve clues for free tickets to big summer events
Thousands of free tickets to Summerfest, Milwaukee Brewers games and the Wisconsin State Fair will be given away this weekend to those who can solve clues to giveaway sites.
US Cellular will be giving away tickets Saturday at four sites in southeastern Wisconsin, the Chicago-based wireless carrier announced in a news release Tuesday.
Here are the clues to the four sites:
West suburban site: Summer fun is just around the corner.
North suburban site: Find summer fun in a park At the Water.
Downtown site: This summer's fun will put a smile on your face.
South suburban site: DreX marks the spot for summer fun.
A 9-foot-tall beach ball will mark each spot where US Cellular representatives will hand out tickets. The giveaway starts at 10 a.m. Saturday. People who solve the clues and find the sites will randomly be awarded tickets through a digital scratch-off game. The giveaway will last until 1 p.m. Saturday or when tickets run out.
The tickets include admission passes for State Fair and Summerfest, State Fair main stage concert tickets and Brewers game tickets.
