SENIOR MEALS

Milwaukee County’s senior centers are opening for activities, but senior dining will remain only curbside pickup until further notice. There is no charge, but a contributi­on is suggested. Also, reservatio­ns are required 24 hours in advance at the site of pickup. Sites and numbers can be found at the Milwaukee County Department on Aging website,

milwaukee.gov/county/aging. For additional informatio­n, call (414) 289-6995 Monday, July 19: Tuna salad, croissant, broccoli florets, cucumber salad, apple juice, pineapple. At United Community Center:Tuna salad with celery and onion, mixed lettuce blend, sliced tomatoes, kaiser roll, watermelon. Tuesday: Sliced turkey on multigrain bun, pea and cheese salad, pretzels, pudding, banana. At UCC: Baked chicken, brown rice, Puerto Rican beans, fresh salad, wheat bread, pineapple tidbits.

Wednesday: Big Mac salad, sesame bread, seasonal fruit cup, sugar cookie. At UCC: Barbecue pork riblet, baked potato with sour cream, California vegetables, whole wheat bun, cantaloupe. Thursday: Chicken salad on lettuce, Mediterran­ean quinoa, poppy seed roll, raisins, cherry pie. At UCC: Cheese enchilada, Mexican rice, Mexican beans, Caribbean vegetables, strawberri­es and cream.

Friday: Ham and Swiss, marble rye bread, pickled beet salad, applesauce, German chocolate cake, grapes. At UCC: Spaghetti and meatballs, Italian vegetables, breadstick, plum.
