The Wisconsin Department of Health Services continues to report new daily cases of COVID-19 higher than the seven-day average. That means we're still headed in the wrong direction.
The state reported eight new deaths on Wednesday. The seven-day average of daily deaths sits at six.
Hospitalizations in the state continue to be above 800 patients with 252 patients in intensive care.
