Player of the week Martina Harrington, Kenosha St. Joseph

The senior extended her streak of games with a goal or an assist to 10 in victories over Lake Country Lutheran and Martin Luther. Last Monday she recorded one goal and one assist in a 4-3 win over Lutheran, which entered the week tied for the Midwest Classic lead. She added five goals and two assists in a 13-1 victory over Metro Classic rival Martin Luther on Wednesday. She entered the week tied for fourth in the state in scoring with 66 points, 25 goals and 16 assists.

Team of the week New Berlin Eisenhower

The Lions extended their unbeaten streak to 10 with four wins. Senior midfielder Lauren Hernandez scored twice in the first half Thursday to help the team hand Classic 8 leader Muskego its first loss of the season, 2-1. The next day Eisenhower defeated Waterford, which is undefeated in the Southern Lakes, 5-0, as Hernandez and senior midfielder Alex Nunag scored twice and senior midfielder Taylor Rinzel recorded two assists. The shutout was the third of the week for the Lions, who beat Cudahy, 11-0, last Monday and Pius XI, 10-0, Tuesday. The victories came one week after Eisenhower tied Woodland rival Shorewood, 2-2, and defeated North Shore leader Homestead, 2-0.

Classic 8 title with a victory over Catholic Memorial on Tuesday, Muskego needs to win this match and then get a victory over Arrowhead next week to get its piece of the crown.

Nicolet at Cedarburg, 7 p.m. Tuesday: Cedarburg is on track for a showdown with its North Shore coleader, Homestead, next week, but first it must get by the third-place Knights and then Slinger on Thursday.

Waterford at Elkhorn, 6:30 p.m. Tuesday: This is a big week for Southern Lakes leader Elkhorn, which plays host to the second-place Wolverines and then third-place Union Grove on Thursday.

Brookfield Central at Kettle Moraine, 7 p.m. Friday: For Central, this will be an ideal primer for its showdown with Brookfield East next week. Muskego vs. DSHA at Quad Park, 7 p.m. Friday: The teams that spent most of the season ranked 1-2 in the area square off.
