MILWAUKEE - Mrs. Debra Arnold of Milwaukee passed away with her family by her side on Tuesday afternoon, June 28, 2022. She was 69 years old.

Debra was born in Milwaukee on April 30, 1953, daughter of Edward and Virginia (Biernat) Kampa. She attended local schools, graduating from John Marshall high School, Class of 1971. Deb continued her education at UW Milwaukee, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree.

On June 29, 1984, Debra was united in marriage with Robert Arnold. The couple settled on the north side of Milwaukee and raised their family of two children. Mrs. Arnold worked in the health care management, specializi­ng in patient health insurance, and retired after her health began to decline. Debra and Robert had recently moved to Grafton to be closer to family.

Mrs. Arnold was passionate about art and enjoyed painting, drawing and sculpting. She enjoyed being outside in her garden and spending time with her grandson. Deb always had a soft spot in her heart for dogs, and lavished attention on the family pets.

Those left to cherish her memories include her husband Robert of Grafton, daughter Allison (Jonathan Dunne) Arnold of Cedarburg, grandson Kieran Dunne, also of Cedarburg, and brother Mark (Judith) Kampa of Las Vegas, NV. She is further survived by stepdaught­er Kelly Pemberton of Richfield, step-grandchild­ren Jacob and Katie, other family and friends. Debra is preceded in death by son Nicholas Arnold.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday, July 7th from 10 AM to 12 Noon at the Eernisse Funeral Home, 1167 Washington Ave., in Cedarburg, followed by a Celebratio­n of Life at 12 Noon.
