Potawatomi casino’s sushi bar reopens with a new chef
The sushi bar at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino’s RuYi restaurant has returned with a new chef and a new menu.
Chef Sang-ki Kim, a sushi and Japanese cuisine expert, offers a menu of traditional rolls and some unique items. The Milwaukee Roll features shrimp tempura, avocado, cucumber, kaiware scallion and tuna tartar on top; and the Wagyu Roll has cooked Wagyu beef, sesame soy, scallion, kaiware, torched Wagyu on top, and truffle ponzu.

3 Sheeps Brewing honors Women’s History Month
3 Sheeps Brewing Co. of Sheboygan honors Women’s History Month with two specialty brews on draft at the brewery’s taproom and at local bars hosting Women’s Month events.
The two limited-edition beers are Fresh Coast with Galaxy and Wai-iti, which is a variant of 3 Sheeps Brewing Co.’s Fresh Coast Juicy Pale Ale; and 1987, the 2023 Pink Boots Collaboration Beer named for the year Women’s History Month was established. 1987 is an IPA featuring peach and raspberry, crafted by female team members from the 3 Sheeps Brewing Co. brewery and taproom. The brewery will donate $1 to Sojourner Family Peace Center for each pint of 1987 sold.

Lion’s Tail Brewing pairs beers with Girl Scout cookies
Wauwatosa’s Lion’s Tail Brewing Co., 8520 W. North Ave., will offer a Girl Scout cookie and beer flight pairing during March, or while supplies last.
The $14 pairing includes four 5-ounce pours of beer and four cookies. This year’s pairings are: Juice Cloud NEIPA & Lemonades, Hey, Hi, Hello Amber Lager & Caramel deLites, Sticks & Stones Slushee & Trefoils, and Into the Dark American Stout & Thin Mints.

Dog Haus cooks up corned beef and cabbage sausage
The Dog Haus in Franklin is honoring St. Patrick’s with an Irish classic. The

And as part of its Absolute Würst Sausage Series, Dog Haus will donate $1 from each sausage sold to the No Kid Hungry charity to end childhood hunger.
The sausage is served on Dog Haus’ grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls, or guests may order the sausage in the “Würst Way” with grilled sauerkraut, white American cheese and secret sauce; “Breakfast Way” with crispy tater tots, three sunny-side up eggs, white American cheese, caramelized onions and spicy mayo in a grilled flour tortilla; “Your Way” with their choice of toppings; “Corn Dog Way” dipped in Dog Haus’ root beer batter; or “Sliced Way” grilled and sliced with dipping sauce.
