Milwaukee Auto Show

The Milwaukee Auto Show returns to the Baird Center, 400 W. Wisconsin Ave., from Feb. 24 through March 3. This weekend’s hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Feb. 24 and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Feb. 25. Tickets at the door (all cashless) are $15, $12 for seniors 62 and older, and free for kids 12 and younger. Info: autoshowmi­lwaukee.

Mama Tried and Flat Out Friday

Flat Out Friday, with flat-track motorcycle races on a Dr. Pepper-slicked course, revs into Fiserv Forum at 7 p.m.

Feb. 23. The races are part of the Mama Tried Motorcycle Show, which is at the Rave, 2401 W. Wisconsin Ave., from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Feb. 24 and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 25. Best Bloody (Mary) contest

The Great Lakes Hemophilia Foundation’s Milwaukee’s Best Bloody contest, where patrons get to sample and vote for the city’s best Bloody Mary, will be from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Feb. 25, 631 E. Chicago St. General admission is $65. Info: glhf.org.

Celebratin­g open housing marches

To celebrate the creation of nine state historical markers commemorat­ing the 1967-’68 Milwaukee open housing marches, there’ll be an open house at the Wisconsin Black Historical Society, 2620 W. Center St., from 1 to 3 p.m. Feb. 24. A program starts at 2 p.m. Info: wisconsinh­istory.

World of Wheels

O’Reilly Auto Parts World of Wheels pulls into State Fair Park’s Wisconsin Exposition Center Feb. 23-25. The custom car event’s hours are 3 to 9 p.m. Feb. 23, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Feb. 24 and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Feb. 25. Tickets are $20, $6 for kids age 6 to 12 and free for children 5 and younger. Unwrapped Waukesha Edition

Unwrapped Waukesha Edition, Sharp Literacy’s food and fundraisin­g event, features Waukesha-area chefs making dishes using McDonald’s ingredient­s.
