What’s trending at Neroli?
Elise: Lash extensions are becoming popular at the Downtown location where I work. It’s a service we want to keep expanding on.
Joyelle: And at the Bayshore location, there are exciting things happening with nail designs. We’re seeing lots of geometric shapes, as well as a reverse French or a colored French. We’re utilizing the negative space for an interesting effect; for instance, we do a chevron design, but we use open space on the nail to create the pattern. Nail design is very popular in New York and we are excited to bring this service to the Milwaukee market.

Joyelle: Thank you! I’m one of the most senior nail designers at Neroli. I’m very meticulous in my work. It takes a lot of practice and a steady hand to be able to create these detailed designs.
What can clients expect with lash extensions?
Elise: We apply an initial full set, then follow up with fills every three weeks, to make sure they stay looking nice. Unlike some salons, we use high-quality natural lashes so they’re very comfortable, which isn’t always the case. Our lashes are very natural looking, but we can also create a more dramatic look if that is the desired effect.
