BOTTOM LINE
Making repairs to a damaged airplane is less expensive than buying replacement parts, and it also gives you valuable workbench experience. You’ll learn what’s under the covering, and you’ll also discover that making repairs isn’t all that difficult. As I mentioned earlier, be sure to go over the entire airframe of the model and check for any damage or loose hardware you might have missed before. It’s also a good idea to do a complete radio-system check and a test run of your engine before your next flight.
