Roy Blunt Hospi­tal As­so­ci­a­tion hired as se­nior VP

Dorel Harms, re­tired as se­nior VP of clin­i­cal ser­vices. Per­rott, a board­cer­ti­fied oral and max­illo­fa­cial sur­geon, will lead the as­so­ci­a­tion’s public-pol­icy ef­forts in­volv­ing clin­i­cal ser­vices. He re­cently left Sali­nas (Calif.) Val­ley Me­mo­rial Hospi­tal, where he was VP and CMO. His po­si­tion with the CHA was ef­fec­tive Jan. 3. Per­rott’s age was not pro­vided.


Steve Mcder­mott,

found­ing CEO of Hill Physi­cians Med­i­cal Group, San Ra­mon, Calif., will re­tire at the end of March and will be suc­ceeded by cur­rent COO

Dar­ryl Car­doza.

Mcder­mott, 65, and Car­doza, whose age was not pro­vided, have part­nered since 1981, when they formed Primed Man­age­ment Con­sult­ing Ser­vices, also in San Ra­mon. Mcder­mott will re­main chair­man of Primed’s board. Primed is owned by Mcder­mott, Car­doza, Hill Physi­cians and San Fran­cisco-based Dig­nity Health.
