Bon Se­cours Health Sys­tem has taken in­no­va­tive ap­proaches to stan­dard­iz­ing their se­lec­tion process across their en­tire sys­tem, as well as ap­plied some very unique ideas to en­liven their cul­ture and en­gage em­ploy­ees.
