B. Anderson Flatt has been named senior VP and CIO at Corizon Health, a correctional-facility healthcare provider based in Brentwood, Tenn.
Flatt, 52, started his new role with Corizon last month. He was most recently VP and CIO at Nashville-based CignaHealthSpring, which offers Medicare and Medicaid plans. With more than 30 years of health information technology experience, Flatt served as CIO with AIM Healthcare Services, and held technology management positions with HCA and Baptist Hospital in Nashville. A former software developer, Flatt also cofounded MIQS, an electronic health-records company.
