Tee Green, co-founder who will remain with the company in a full-time role as executive chairman.

Zimmerman previously served as president of TeleVox, a software company based in Mobile, Ala. Before working for TeleVox, he held leadership roles at Merck & Co., Boston Scientific and GE Healthcare.
