Lisa Shannon

Shannon has been COO of KentuckyOne Health since 2014. The system was formed in 2012, bringing together three major healthcare organizations. Shannon helped streamline the operations of more than 200 locations including hospitals, physician groups, clinics, primary-care centers, specialty institutes and home health agencies with nearly 12,000 employees and more than 3,100 licensed beds across Kentucky and southern Indiana. Shannon was previously the COO of Spectrum Health, based in Grand Rapids, Mich., for seven years and held various leadership roles for OhioHealth in Columbus. She began her healthcare career as a dietitian.
