Who needs repeal and replace? Sabotage will help do the job
Regarding the Oct. 9 editorial (“Repeal and replace isn’t dead yet,” p. 29), even though repeal and replace is currently a zombie, the administra- tion still has all sorts of ways to sabotage the Affordable Care Act. Due to uncertainty about reimbursements, some premiums are skyrocketing, as has been the case in Utah. The Republicans are shouting that Obamacare is failing, and then doing everything within their power administratively to make it fail, at tremendous financial and human cost.
