Corrections and clarifications

In the Oct. 12 Innovations (“Telehealth helps New Zealand donor give kidney to brother in Virginia,” p. 34), the personnel for the transplant surgery was misstated. The surgical staff at Sentara Norfolk ( Va.) General Hospital performed the surgery.
