Several leagues this season have had to modify start times, split seasons, as well as lane assignments. Many of these changes should allow bowlers and even entire teams to join throughout the season as COVID-19 restrictions ease and everyone feels safer to return to large league gatherings. In addition, as noted in a USBC link below, some league rules have beenmodified this season to allow leagues some flexibility to deal the with current situation.
