MP USBC City Tournament plans

The 2024 MP USBC City Tournament is scheduled for the first full week of March. The tournament will be five (5) evenings from Monday, March 4 through Friday, March 8. Regular Monday through Thursday evening leagues don’t bowl that week, so all league members can, hopefully, plan to enter the city tournament! Monday/tuesday nights are only team event, while Thursday/ Friday are only Singles & Doubles. Wednesday night will have both team and S&D. (All squads begin at 6:30pm, with 10-minute warm-up beginning at 6:20 p.m.) Women’s and open division teams can select whichever night matches their schedule for that week.

Women’s team (4-women bowlers) & open team(a combination of any 5 male OR female bowlers). For Women’s and

OPEN S&D, your Doubles division also determines what Singles division you will bowl in.

9th Annual BVL No-tap Doubles

Riverwood Lanes Squads at: noon and 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2024. Entry fee: $60 per team, 3 teams (6 bowlers) to a pair of lanes. Contact Riverwood or text entries to Bob Potter at 989-944-1588. Also, ALWAYS looking for additional sponsors to help generate more tournament teams and increase our Annual Donation to BVL!! Last year, the MP USBC BVL Donation, under the watchful eye of Scott Campbell, set an alltime high of $8,000.00 to BVL. (Our donated funds remain in Michigan and are designated to Veterans medical facilities in Battle Creek and Clare!)
