SEX FIEND MARY KAY LETOURNEAU DIED IN SQUALOR
MAN SHE BEDDED WHEN HE WAS 12 BACK AT HER SIDE DURING CANCER FIGHT
CRADLE-ROBBING Mary Kay Letourneau’s scandal-scarred life came to a tragic and lonely end at 58 as she died of cancer after being dumped by her husband and reduced to living in squalor!
The grade-school teacher shocked America in 1997 when it was revealed she had started a sexual relationship with student Vili Fualaau when she was 34 and a married mother of four — and he was just 12!
She was fired from her job at Shorewood Elementary School in Burien, Wash., and ended up serving seven years behind bars after violating a no-contact order and was reportedly caught having sex with the kid in a car. Less than a year after the no-contact order was lifted in 2004, the couple married and raised two daughters — Audrey, now 22, and Georgia, now 21.
Vili filed for legal separation in 2017 but the two continued on and off, living in a litter-strewn wreck when The National ENQUIRER last caught up with them in
Des Moines, Wash., in 2018.
The property was piled high with garbage, castoffs and used furniture.
The family had long struggled financially and at one point was so desperate for dough that Mary participated in a
“Hot for Teacher” bash at a Seattle nightclub!
Although they divorced in 2019, Vili, now 37, was said to have cared for registered sex offender Mary in her final days of suffering from metastatic stage 4 colon cancer.
Attorney David Gehrke told the “Today” show, “Vili moved back from California, gave up his life there, and for the last two months of Mary’s life he stood by her 24/7 taking care of her.”
A pal told The ENQUIRER, “What Mary Kay did with
Vili was wrong, no question. But you have to understand that her own life was also plagued by tragedy and sexual abuse.”
Gregg Olsen, author of the Mary Kay bio “If Loving You Is Wrong,” explained in his book: “Mary saw the world differently than most.” He added: “She was molested by a family member. She watched her little brother drown in the family pool. Her dad had a secret family.”
