A recent filing made by Baumgartner’s team is demanding the TV cowboy cough up “all statements, receipts, invoices, canceled checks (front and back) and other documents … relating to any extramarital romantic relationships.”
But a tipster squeals Kevin, who’s repeatedly denied cheating on the mother of his three youngest kids, is “pissed” over the outrageous ploy — which will add to his already hefty attorney fees. “She wants him to pay lawyers to pony up proof that he had an affair — which he insists is not true!” the insider blabs.

What’s more, the 49-yearold handbag designer has petitioned the court for $175,000 in monthly child support payments for their kids — Cayden, 16, Hayes, 14, and Grace, 13 — because she believes the $129,755 she’s currently receiving from the Dances with Wolves hunk, 68, isn’t “sufficient to replicate Kevin’s lifestyle.”
Meanwhile, Christine’s lawyers continue to bury the Oscar winner in motions, including one from late August, which claims
Kevin and his reps “failed to comply” with requests for documents related to his business endeavors, “including but not limited to full and complete QuickBooks files, business tax returns, payroll tax returns and business bank statements!” Renowned divorce attorney Raoul Felder, who is not involved in the pair’s case, suspects the blond beauty may be attempting to wear down Kevin’s resolve — to up her chances of renegotiating their prenup and scoring a bigger settlement!
“If she can make a credible case, she might be able to get the prenuptial agreement set aside,” Felder explains. “But it won’t be easy.”
