Fears cartel killers after insulting drug queen
HOLLYWOOD hottie Sofía Vergara is living in terror after veiled threats over her unflattering portrayal of bloodthirsty Colombian cocaine queen Griselda Blanco in a Netflix docudrama!
Sources say Sofía’s blood ran cold after Griselda’s seething 45-year-old son, Michael Corleone Blanco, branded the series “insulting” and revealed he’s furious the Colombian-born actress ignored his input on his mother.
Grisly Griselda, known as the Cocaine Godmother, dominated the Miami drug trade in the
1970s through the early
2000s and was accused of 200 murders, including her first hit at the tender age of ten!
But she got a taste of her own medicine when brutal Medellín cartel assassins cut her down in 2012 at age 69. “Sofía knows what these people are capable of and she’s terrified she could be their next victim!” spills a source.
According to his attorney Elysa Galloway, Griselda’s son — deliberately named after the mobster played by Al Pacino in the Godfather movies — “reached out to Sofía’s camp and offered Michael’s consultation services” but was rudely rebuffed!
“It’s such a slap in the face knowing we come from the same land, that we come from the same culture,” fumes Michael. “Not only is it a slap in my face, it is a slap in the face of my ancestors that she would do such a thing!”
To make things worse, Michael really saw red when he discovered the extreme measures that normally sultry Sofía, 51, took to her appearance to deliver a less-than-flattering portrayal of his dear old mom.
“My mother was a beautiful woman,” insists
Michael. “The fact that they call her ugly really offends me! I just feel my family’s life story should be humanized, not villainized.”
But history’s not kind to Griselda, who ordered hits on other drug lords during the notorious Cocaine Cowboy war. After a 1998 plea deal, Griselda raked in an estimated $80 million per month on her Florida drug trafficking operation — from her federal prison cell! She was released after six years and deported to Colombia, where she was gunned down in Medellín. “Michael may not be his mother, but he’s got many of the same connections,” dishes a source. “He’s nobody to be messed with. Sofía is petrified she’s in WAY over her head!”
