AMERICA ON BRINK OF NEW CIVIL WAR!
Experts fear Trump rhetoric is dumping gas on raging inferno
POMPOUS former President Donald Trump chillingly predicted there’d be a “bloodbath” if he doesn’t win the White House in November — and political pundits warn the arrogant egomaniac’s fiery words may be pushing a bitterly divided America toward a second
Civil War!
Trump made the dire declaration during a campaign speech March 16 in Dayton, Ohio, ominously predicting the fall of democracy if he doesn’t beat incumbent Joe Biden at the polls!
“If we don’t win this election, I don’t think you’re going to have another election in this country,” blustered Trump, who has been criticized for praising Nazi leader Adolf Hitler, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and North Korean strongman Kim Jong-un.
Experts call his bombastic oratory thinly veiled warnings that are as clear as a shotgun blast!
“He’s threatening open rebellion — again,” a Washington, D.C., insider huffs, citing the Jan. 6, 2021, uprising on Capitol Hill.
That alarming assault saw more than 2,000 Trump supporters storm the U.S. Capitol as Congress certified Biden’s victory in the 2020 presidential race after the sore loser urged his rabid fan base to “fight like hell.”
Five people died within 36 hours of the rampage and scores were injured — including 174 police officers! In the aftermath, Trump,
77, was indicted on federal charges for working to overturn the White House contest. Incredibly, 718 of his followers have been found guilty of involvement in the Jan. 6 coup attempt.
But critics charge the blowhard’s latest statements are not the first time this year Trump has attempted to marshal a public rebellion!
In January, Trump — who’s currently leading Biden by a ten-point poll margin — bellyached there would be “big, big trouble” if the U.S. Supreme Court did not reinstate him to the 2024 Colorado presidential ballot. His statement came after the state’s highest court barred him from the ticket over the Capitol melee.
The Supreme Court later unanimously restored him, arguing only Congress can
make such an extraordinary decision. Experts say the ruling averted a disaster! “There’d have been blood on the streets if they didn’t let him run,” observes an insider. “His supporters — and there are millions of them — would have gone bananas.”
Last spring, the beleaguered billionaire urged his supporters to protest if he was arrested in New York on charges of falsifying business records to hide secret hush money payments he’d made to his alleged extramarital lovers — including porn star Stormy Daniels.
Trump was later smacked with a 34-count felony indictment — and small skirmishes broke out near the Manhattan courthouse where the ex-POTUS pleaded not guilty.
The politician’s camp has argued his “bloodbath” comment referred to the potential effects of a second Biden term on the U.S. automotive industry. But sources fear such explosive rhetoric may still spark violence! As The National ENQUIRER previously reported, experts believe the U.S. is already being torn apart by gender and identity politics, immigration debates and gun rights. On top of that, the Supreme Court’s 2022 decision to overturn Roe v. Wade triggered laws banning virtually all abortions in 13 states — with more expected to follow. “Things are worse now than at any time since the height of the protest movement in the late ’60s,” notes presidential historian Leon Wagener. “There are real, deep divisions in this country, rifts that only seem to be getting wider.”
A recent University of Chicago poll reveals a shocking 28 percent of Americans say it might
“soon be necessary to take up arms” against the government. And 37 percent of the 10,000 surveyed were gun owners! “The violence is evident across America,” New York–based political consultant Mark Grimm tells The ENQUIRER. “There are bombings of abortion clinics, the Jan. 6 assault, the armed attempt to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer in 2020. There is serious reason for concern.”
Yet Trump — who has denied all criminal wrongdoing — defiantly refuses to tone down his rants.
“He doesn’t give a damn if the country burns,” fumes the insider. “All he cares about is feeding his ego, redeeming his humiliating 2020 loss and staying out of jail.
“Donald Trump only cares about one person — Donald Trump!”
