Customer service background

With her knowledge of real estate and customer service background, Amanda Bowen got into the real estate field because she knew she could give clients the high level of service that they deserved.

“My husband and I are landlords and we have renovated homes from the ground up and are experienced in new construction. I felt I really had something to offer clients with my background and my understanding of real estate and homeownership on multiple levels,” Bowen explained.

Prior to getting into real estate, Bowen ran her own international logistics company for 10 years serving the U.S. and companies across the world. The business was based on being able to anticipate and understand client needs in high stress situations and managing shipments from start to finish using multiple partners — all skills that translated perfectly to real estate.

“Being able to get the job done while managing people’s emotions and staying on top of all the details is the goal. I’m extremely good at this and making sure my clients know what’s happening all the time, and that the final outcome makes them happy,” Bowen adds.

She understands the client’s perspective. “This is the largest investment people will ever make and it should be handled with great care and deep respect. I provide a concierge experience for my clients-if they need something or have questions, I get the answers, I get my clients what they need.”

Bowen also believes in the power of real estate and how it can build long-term wealth for people.

“Helping people find new homes or sell existing ones so then can move onto the next part of their lives and create lasting wealth with is thrilling,” she said. “I’m honored to be a part of people’s story.”

On the personal side, the wife and mother is a huge animal lover and built an animal rescue organization in 2011 that partners with a local pound to support the animals, give them vet care and help them find new homes.
