PLANTSVILL­E- Vincent Anthony Liberti, Sr., 80, passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at LiveWell. He was the loving husband of Teresa (Lettiero) Liberti, who he was married to for 57 years.

Mr. Liberti was born on April 7, 1940, in Philadelph­ia, PA. He was the son of the late Joseph J. and Alma (Elhajj) Liberti. Vincent was a veteran proudly serving in the United States Navy. He was a Lieutenant on the West Haven Fire Department prior to his retirement. He was also Broker/Owner of Liberti Realty for 45 years. Vin loved to garden and had a natural green thumb. He loved celtic music and dancing.

Besides his wife, Mr. Liberti is survived by his three sons: Atty. Vincent A. Liberti Jr and his wife, Lauren Liberti, of Cheshire, Paul J. Liberti, of New Haven, and Christophe­r M. Liberti and his wife, Lori Liberti, of Southingto­n, and his two loving granddaugh­ters, Alexandra and Olivia Liberti, who always brought a smile to his face and who he loved dearly. He is also survived by his three siblings: Joseph Liberti and his wife Mary Liberti, Charles Liberti and his wife Joan, and his sister, Lucille Papke, all of West Haven.

Vincent’s family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff of the 1B neighborho­od at LiveWell for the loving care given to their loved one.
